Justin Parscale is a senior member of the Dallas healthcare planning team and an Associate Principal of the firm. Versed in a wide range of project types from conceptual master planning through renovations and greenfield construction, Justin’s central role as a client advocate results in delivery of high-quality facilities, appropriately designed to meet the needs of the user. Additionally, Justin is an established expert in cancer center and oncology-related design. Through his work, such as the highly-awarded Charles A. Sammons Cancer Center at Baylor University Medical Center, he seeks to merge operationally-efficient planning principles with the practices of patient-centered care.
Dedicated to community and professional service, Justin is a mentor to students enrolled in Southern Methodist University’s “Partnerships In Engineering Leadership” program, and has participated as design juror for the Oklahoma State University School of Architecture. For the past three years, he has been a top fundraiser for the American Cancer Society – Corporate Hero Circle in Dallas. Additionally, Justin is an alumnus of the 2009 Perkins+Will Leadership Institute.
