Square Meters: 5,000

The front of this building has a setback that stretches six feet wide, creating a square for public use equipped with benches, gardens, and pleasant lighting. The building design uses rectilinear massing and materials. The facade blind, with a height of two feet-rights divided into two horizontal bands, serves to illustrate the upper, which is formed by a concrete beam measuring 3.5 meters vertically. The ground floor comprises a continuous closed timber set back from the upper floor. The building has four floors as well as underground services, which stands out from the exterior of the lot. The ground floor is occupied by a large garden with terraces for lateral movement. The open area, complete with wood floors, is integrated into the landscape and creates a subtle contrast to the continuous facade.
