In a move that signals the next evolution of Perkins+Will’s expanding interdisciplinary practice, Brigitte Beltran has joined the firm’s Boston office as director of business development. Beltran will work closely with Jeannine Campbell, director of interior design, and Bill Harris, science and technology regional practice leader, to identify and implement workplace strategies for clients in those sectors. Beltran will also expand the office’s client base, leveraging Perkins+Will’s legacy and track record of innovative design.
“With Brigitte’s accreditation as a Master of Corporate Real Estate in Workplace Strategy (MCR.w), and her background in interior design, she is highly qualified to guide our clients through the multidisciplinary approach to design strategy that is the hallmark of our practice,” says Robert Brown, managing director of Perkins+Will’s Boston studio. “We are excited for her to push the firm and bring us to the next level as we expand and retain new clients.”
Beltran has over 13 years of experience in the architecture and design industry, with four years of experience most recently as director of business development for the regional office of an international planning and design firm.
“I’m thrilled to be joining Perkins+Will’s integrated practice and to dive into this grand scale of work,” says Beltran. “I was drawn to Perkins+Will by its reputable international practice, and look forward to discovering ways to elevate the firm by establishing new relationships and strengthening the ones we have with existing clients.”
Beltran is an active member of CoreNet New England, a leading association for corporate real estate and the workplace, where she co-chairs the awards committee and serves on the education committee. She is also a member of the board of directors for the Commercial Brokers Association and the New England advisory board of the French Foreign Counsel (Conseil du Commerce Extérieur). She earned her bachelor’s degree in interior design from Mount Ida College, a certificate in branding from Harvard Graduate School of Design, and has been designated a Master of Corporate Real Estate in Workplace Strategy through CoreNet Global.
