This informative session will be comprised of voices from several different perspectives who will share the emerging trends they see making an impact over the next five years.

Jay Demma will present “MovinOnUp: The New Face of Multi-Family Housing” at the What’s Trending in Public Finance Seminar at Brooklyn Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Learn about the emerging trends in design, amenity packages, construction changes and unit sizes. In addition this session will overview the construction costs of the new generation of apartments, rents needed within the market and what the demand is outside the urban core.
Saturday, February 20
Ron Stelmarski will be a panelist for the headlining panel, “What does the future of work look like?”, at The Dallas Festival of IDEAS in Dallas, Texas. The panel will explore several questions, including: What is the future of work in the 21st Century city?; Are downtown and the suburbs in competition for workplace growth, or should they cooperate to find the right balance?; and What will the workplace of the future look like?
