Holly Jordan has produced construction specifications for a variety of building types including K-12, higher education, multi-family, hospitality, medical, commercial, retail, oil and gas, veterinary, and civil engineering throughout the United States, South America, Africa, and Saudi Arabia.

As a Certified Construction Specifier, she has experience with sustainable building, diverse delivery methods, specification format conversion, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing specifications. She has held offices and served on committees for the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) at the local, regional, and national levels.

Holly shares her expertise with others through mentorship and teaching. She has led courses on construction specifications and LEED certification, and made presentations to various design firms such as ASHRAE and NAWIC, discussing topics like construction contracts and specifications.
