Master Specifications and Design Guidelines Project
University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center

“UT MD Anderson’s Owner Design Guidelines are a primary means to ensure Facilities Management supports our mission in groundbreaking research and innovative clinical care in cancer prevention and treatment… The Perkins&Will Specifications team attacked this charge with first-hand knowledge of current trends in product selection, product vendor responses, and the resources to respond to our internal subject matter expert’s questions and concerns. MD Anderson gained significant advances in our Master Specifications and guidelines as a result of Perkins&Will managing the update effort. We hope to engage Perkins&Will in a maintenance contract in the near future for additional updates to our Owner Design Guidelines.”
