Laura developed a passion for design and visual arts through her childhood travels around the world. This passion would take her to Auburn University where she developed her design skills and an enthusiasm for SEC Football.

After receiving her master’s degree from Michigan State University, Laura moved to the nation’s capital to start her career and quickly recognized that she had a talent for connecting with people and approaching problems from a strategic point of view. Throughout her career, she has developed a diverse portfolio of extraordinary projects by creating a culture of engagement with her team and her clients.

As a subject matter expert (SME) for workplace strategy and change management, Laura has worked with clients to help them understand how they can maximize their portfolio and develop a  workplace strategy to support their business goals and engage their employees. She also provides guidance for change management planning around messaging and communicating change to employees through a structured process. Laura feels a great sense of purpose and satisfaction when she is able to create an environment that delights her clients and improves their lives.

Laura spent eleven years of her career working for a large telecommunication client managing the strategy for their East Coast regional portfolio. Her experience on the client side of corporate real estate gives her a unique perspective when working with clients to develop their strategy and envision their new workplace.  She understands corporate politics and can communicate with her clients from an empathetic position and understand their challenges.
