Nick Seierup
Born and raised in Southern California, Nick credits an eighth-grade assignment to design, draw, build, and fly a paper airplane as his “Aha!” moment.
With an aptitude in visual arts and love of working with his hands, it was instinctive for Nick to continue his passion at the (then-experimental) Southern California Institute of Architecture (SCI-Arc).
Over the course of a 40-year career, he has worked in a variety of settings leading design teams. Nick learned the significance of combining innovative conceptional design with business acumen early in his career, and this is a balance that he brings to every project. Nick believes that architecture should be timeless, and should sustain a positive, long-standing impact for his clients and the communities they serve.
Nick lives with his architect wife, two teenage boys, and a cat named Loki in a mid-century modern Eichler home designed by A. Quincy Jones in Orange, California.
