The renovation of the lobby at 333 West Wacker was planned to help update and re-position the building to better serve existing tenants and to help attract new ones. The new lobby design simplified the visual vocabulary into more monolithic forms and surfaces, while introducing a much higher level of light from both natural and artificial sources. The result is a facility that is both secure and inviting, incorporates both first-class infrastructure and tenant amenity, and provides opportunity for both tenant and landlord branding.
