Our client is a market leader in the interactive entertainment sector. Wanting to relocate to Central London, the client envisaged an environment that captured the energy and diversity of their business, and allowed them to connect with customers directly. The design was seamlessly aligned with business needs and design guideline requirements. Initially, the project created an interesting challenge because it was a temporary relocation that collocated two distinct brands within the business. Creative thinking enabled the team to create an environment that was not only functional for the two groups, but that also complimented their unique nature.

Our design concept originated around the concept of a box. Our boxes contain all the activity and interactive space that the client requires, whether it's a buzzy collaborative space, showcase or demo area, or focused meeting space. Designed with a variety of materials, colors, and textures, each space creates distinctive experiences.

The studios are set into an open plan of office neighbourhoods, which are connected by a central “stream” circulation route and punctuated by variety of interactive spaces. The interactive spaces include enclosed meeting and focus rooms, phone booths, scrum spaces, and open informal meeting and testing areas, each tailored to different working styles and needs. There are also two central shared areas, the main reception bar and combined café space. The atrium, adjacent to the café, offers a large event space, as well as an area for teams to breakout and get a breath of fresh air.
