Empório Baglioni is a contemporary restaurant that has an integrated interior space, with a mezzanine that cuts the loud ceiling height. These characteristics, diffused with natural light arranged around the roof’s perimeter, allow abundant light into the space without causing inconvenience to the clients. It presents a simple and rational language, adopting a minimal palette of materials that serves as a background to enhance the products it sells. Furthermore, wood and stone create a welcoming climate, but also integrate the exterior façade to the interior area, working as a continuation of the promenade; a plaza intermediating public and private spaces.
