Most recently, we developed the concept of a high-end Customer Center that reinforces Thomson Reuters’ re-branding as "The Answer Company." This dynamic environment demonstrates both active and passive elements of hospitality, enabling visitors to work remotely for the day in a comfortable, agile space.

Subtle hierarchies in the materials palette help to differentiate public from private spaces, incorporating complementary colors to create continuity and an immersive experience that is more engaging and adaptable than offices of the past. As part of our commitment to wellness, physical movement through the space follows a natural flow for a variety of functions, while capitalizing on expansive views and access to natural light. Our design team set an inspiring vision for the optimal customer experience, enhancing Thomson Reuters' capability to cross-sell their products and services.
