Alison Richardson
Alison sees curiosity as the real engine of human potential. It gives people a reason to keep learning, to question what they know, and to discover what becomes possible when they encounter new perspectives.
Alison began her career as a bilingual sixth-grade teacher with Teach for America in Harlem, New York City, before going on to design and facilitate professional development for other educators. She then spent nearly a decade in London, starting at the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit, where she worked on workforce policy to increase labor market attainment among ethnic minority communities across the U.K. She went on to direct a multi-city employer workforce program and create inclusive leadership training for a Fortune 500 energy company. After returning to New York, she started an independent consulting practice focused on learning and development. She later joined a global experiential marketing agency, where she transformed the company’s enterprise-wide learning strategy and oversaw leadership development programs reaching hundreds of employees.
Today, Alison guides our learning and development strategy, aligning those efforts directly with our core business priorities. By creating the frameworks and experiences that prepare our global teams for upcoming challenges, she helps keep the firm competitively positioned now and into the future. Her vision is to make learning and development part of how we operate as a firm, creating more opportunities for people to exchange knowledge, think critically, and bring fresh ideas to their projects.
