Welcome to our Bainbridge Island studio

With a passion for regeneration and climate justice, our Bainbridge Island studio expands our “deep green” knowledge and strengthens our sustainability expertise. Home to McLennan Design, the studio helps advance and accelerate our decarbonization efforts globally. From architecture and urban design to product design and consulting, the most rural of our studios is also among our greatest Living Design leaders.

A ‘think tank’ in the woods

We’re currently building a new Living Building Certified workplace in a 100-year-old former stable. When we open in early 2023, clients, partners, and teams will be able to gather there to help realize our dreams for a regenerative future—all the while surrounded by the beauty and verdancy of nature.

Fun Studio Fact
Bainbridge Island is the smallest Perkins&Will studio community. But make no mistake—we work with some of the biggest companies and most important institutions around the world. With a focus on deep green, regenerative transformations, we’re sought out for our strategic thinking around all aspects of sustainability and social impact.
“Think of us as a think-tank within Perkins&Will—a laboratory of sustainability thinking, research, and design at the cutting edge of the green building movement."
