Welcome to our Bainbridge Island studio

With a passion for regeneration and climate justice, our Bainbridge Island studio expands our “deep green” knowledge and strengthens our sustainability expertise. Home to McLennan Design, the studio helps advance and accelerate our decarbonization efforts globally. From architecture and urban design to product design and consulting, the most rural of our studios is also among our greatest Living Design leaders.

A Living Building in a Historic Structure

We’re currently working in a new Living Building Certified workplace in a 100-year-old former stable. Our clients, partners, and teams gather here to help realize our dreams for a regenerative future—all the while surrounded by the beauty and verdancy of nature.

Fun Studio Fact
Bainbridge Island may be the smallest studio in the global Perkins&Will community, but the small size of our team by no means limits the scale of our impact! Our expertise in regenerative design allows us to work with many of the largest companies and most prestigious institutions around the world. With a focus on deep green, regenerative transformations, we’re actively sought out for our strategic thinking around all aspects of sustainability, world-class design, and social impact.
“Think of us as a think-tank within Perkins&Will—a laboratory of sustainability thinking, research, and design at the cutting edge of the green building movement."
