Welcome to our Washington, D.C. studio
Washington, D.C. is known for the cherry blossoms that flower every spring. But unlike the cherry blossoms that burst with color for a short season, our studio is constantly blooming with creative talent.
Being in the nation’s capital has given us the opportunity to work on some of the most multifaceted, sustainable, and historic facilities in the country. We pride ourselves on creating a workplace that gives our team ample opportunities to collaborate and conceptualize on projects that positively impact society and exemplify our values.

“Working with such a diverse and talented team gets me up and drives me every day. Not only are they exceptional at design, but also as people connecting with each other, our clients, and the world around us. We are all passionate about changing our world through architecture.”
—Chris Morrison, Managing Director, Principal

Design for reuse and waste reduction strategies were incorporated through the implementation of demountable glass partitions, salvaged millwork, and 60% reused furniture.

Focusing on a future hybrid work model, our studio provides a flexible and agile environment with spaces for collaboration, socialization, and focused work. The space was designed to support a free address seating system whereby staff select from different types of workspaces intended to support any task required, from focused work to team collaboration.

The fourth floor shared amenity space includes a conference space and rooftop terrace with views of Washington, DC's West End
