He brings a wealth of business development and management experience to his position as director of collaboration for the Sidara Collaborative, a global network of leading designers, engineers, planners, and consultants committed to advancing ecological health and well-being.

Richard’s leadership helps us, along with other Sidara companies, achieve our clients’ goals by aligning efforts, building strategic alliances, and unlocking new opportunities for growth and impact. He plays a pivotal role in fostering partnerships, encouraging cross-functional teamwork, and cultivating a culture of innovation among more than 20,000 professionals across 308 offices in 60 countries. He leads initiatives to connect diverse stakeholders within and outside the organization, ensuring seamless communication and the effective sharing of ideas and resources.
