Helen Wang, previously the Founder and Design Director of Ares Partners, joined our Shanghai studio as a Design Principal at the start of 2023. In this role, Helen integrates architecture and interior design to support multi-sector offerings. Her expertise enhances our firm’s reputation for pioneering interior design in China as she oversees the Shanghai studio’s interior design projects.

When Helen founded Ares Partners in 2007 and served as its Design Principal, she oversaw projects from conceptual design to construction completion for almost 20 years. Her experience covers institutional, commercial, and hospitality projects. During her time with Ares Partners, Helen completed high-profile projects including MIYA | LOSTVILLA Huchen Barn Resort in Ninghai, Yangshuo Xingping Yun Lu (Yun House) Boutique resort, Fine Arts Center for Children in New York, Sino-British College USST Campus expansion and renovation, office interior for One Center headquarter in Pudong, high-end retail as well as art gallery projects like HOW Art Museum.
