Gayle is a guiding force in our Toronto and Ottawa studios lending her technical skill to the successful delivery of some of our most innovative, detailed, and complex projects. She provides uncompromising oversight of quality on every project she is part of and takes a collaborative and proactive approach to working with construction teams to execute high-performance projects.

Jon is an enthusiastic collaborator notably committed to implementing winning design solutions with creativity and elegance. Jon’s dedication to nurturing topical and design-focused discourse and engagement amongst colleagues in our studio cultivates an environment centred around continuous opportunity for professional and personal growth.
Susan Edwards
Susan, the leader of our accounting team, has worked to amplify the financial health for each of our projects. Under Susan’s direction, our accounting team has become fully integrated into our project delivery systems to positively influence the financial stability of projects from beginning to closeout. Her leadership skills and industry knowledge help lead the growth of our Toronto and Ottawa studios.
Marie Nguyen, OAA, RELi AP
Marie is an integral leader in our Toronto and Ottawa studios, focused in building our robust Transportation practice. She champions some of our most complex projects with enthusiasm embracing a collaborative and interdisciplinary team approach. Day-to-day, Marie bridges connections between communities, creating a resilient built environment, and encouraging an effective communication and collaboration process in the construction industry. Marie’s efforts, both inside and outside the studio, positively impact our work and our studio culture.
Christina Grimes, OAA, LEED AP BD+C, Certified Passive House Designer
Christina has been essential to many of our Higher Education and Sports and Recreation project teams. Her leadership style creates an environment of collaboration, innovation, and learning. One of Christina’s laudable recent accomplishments is the implementation of Net-zero Energy standards into a community centre project for the City of Toronto – this is one of the first community buildings in Canada to implement the standard.
