Amy Biediger

Amy is the Talent Director for our Southwest practice, comprising offices in Dallas, Houston, Austin, and Monterrey, Mexico. With 29 years of experience, 23 within the design and construction industry, she has been an integral partner to the firm.

Leading Human Resources as 56 employees in one office grew to more than 500 across five locations, Amy knows how to find the right roles for the right people. She has also managed the integration of teams through four separate mergers and acquisitions, as well as the establishment of four new offices.

Amy’s work is primarily in strategy, employee relations, and recruiting, but she is a consistently innovative leader for a variety of initiatives. She was a key team member for the firmwide conversion to a new Human Resource software platform, and she designed and implemented the career advancement nomination process for associate, senior associate, associate principal, and principal candidates. Additionally, she has contributed her expertise to strategic planning efforts that refine the way we provide staffing resources to project teams. Amy also started, designed, and managed the firm’s E. Todd Wheeler Fellowship providing support and mentorship for rising healthcare design leaders.
