Rob is an expert in project management and delivery, and he is particularly skilled at handling complex relationships with clients and multi-faceted project teams. His portfolio includes interior architecture for the corporate and legal sectors, base building design and implementation, and base building renovation and repositioning.

Rob brings a precise, analytical approach that complements other designers’ talents as he and his teams fine-tune every detail. He sees the forest and the trees: He understands the big picture, and he can also demonstrate how any feature impacts the whole. He challenges the traditional belief that clients must choose between quality, cost, and schedule. Instead, he thrives on the challenge of optimizing and balancing all three to align with the client’s objectives.

Rob enjoys mentoring junior designers, formally and informally, and he often tells them that he hopes they’ll take his job. After all, a studio’s portfolio is not a zero-sum game. If an up-and-coming designer can assume some of Rob’s responsibilities, he is freed up to learn and grow into new challenges.
