Where Innovation Meets Hospitality

Our client’s Washington, D.C. office is designed to reflect their innovative culture, technical rigor, and collaborative spirit—supporting a wide range of work modes while fostering a strong sense of community and comfort.

Inspired by the life stages of flight in nature, the design is organized into three conceptual zones: Nest, Hangar, and In Flight—each reflecting a critical phase of the firm’s innovation cycle. The Nest provides a secure, private environment for confidential and focused work. The Hangar and In Flight areas serve as immersive internal ideation and customer experience zones, enabling bold experimentation and dynamic collaboration. These spaces are intentionally wrapped in curated bookshelves themed around transformational thinking—reinforcing the client’s forward-looking mindset.

At the heart of the design is a deep commitment to bringing people together. A residential-style kitchen café—with an oven at its center—creates a warm, inviting hub where employees, contractors, clients, and guests can gather, cook, and share meals.
Open office space featuring desks, greenery, and a patterned rug, with employees engaged in various tasks and collaboration.
The Nest provides a secure, private environment for confidential and focused work.
The conference rooms feature a retractable wall and reconfigurable furniture, allowing the space to easily shift for a variety of needs and events.
