Jenny knew she wanted to be an architect when she was seven years old, inspired by design and architecture magazines at her childhood home. Drawn to architecture’s unique mix of creativity, collaboration, and complex problem solving, she understands the profound impact it can have on our environment and our society as a whole.

What she loves most about being an architect is collaborating with diverse groups of people, with varied interests and skill sets, all working to bring projects to life. She believes that authentic connections to people and place translate into richer, more meaningful design solutions.

Partnering with clients, she establishes on-budget design solutions that meet their project needs. She is skilled in assuring consistency between design concept, architecture, engineering and technical building systems and standards in her documentation. She cherishes her trusted relationships with clients, contractors, consultants and end users alike.

Patient experience and convenience were central to the design of this new downtown Chicago location, providing more than 20 primary care and specialty services.
Jenny loves to travel: here she is with her architect husband and two sons exploring the mountains of Tuscany.

Jenny believes there are unique opportunities for creativity, problem solving, and relationship building, born of constraints, that can lead to the most innovative design ideas. It is this nimble perspective she brings to complex healthcare and institutional projects.

What motivates me to go to work every day:
Motivation is both external and internal. I’m wired to push forward. I don't sit idle. Ultimately though, I am driven most by a desire to see our ideas built and achieving the mission that’s at the core of every project.
Jenny has been working closely with Rush University Medical Center, to renovate their inpatient and med/surge units to the new standard established by the 2012 Campus Transformation Project.
