This year, for the first time, our São Paulo studio was invited to participate in the most important healthcare conference in Latin America, organized by the Brazilian Association of Private Hospitals (ANAHP). Aimed at key players in the sector—including C-suite executives from the largest companies, hospitals, and healthcare institutions as well as leading doctors in the Brazilian healthcare system and government authorities—the 2025 event presented us with a challenge: presenting the future of healthcare to decision-makers.
This gave rise to our project for the event: the Healthcare of the Future Circuit, an immersive experience that showcases the most advanced healthcare solutions. Designed by our health and marketing teams exclusively for the event, which took place on October 15th and 16th in São Paulo, Brazil, the 300-square-meter space was built in a sinuous format that took visitors on a journey. Guiding this experience was Ana, a character created to lead each stage of the experience and help attendees understand how predictive care can be more connected and efficient.
In addition to developing, viewing, and experiencing our circuit, we had the privilege of addressing the conference audience on stage alongside two prominent leaders in healthcare design: Lara Kaiser, director of operations and healthcare design leader of our São Paulo studio, and Jean Mah, a health principal in our Los Angeles studio. During our talk, “Healing Environments: What’s Next?”, we highlighted the global journey Perkins&Will has taken in advancing healthcare design—always with a focus on creating the best possible experiences for all.
