Lindsey Peckinpaugh, Managing Director of Our Chicago Studio, Has Been Named President of Perkins&Will

As President, Lindsey is becoming more involved in broader firmwide initiatives while maintaining her role as Managing Director of our Chicago studio

Hats off to Lindsey Peckinpaugh for being named President of our firm!

“Lindsey is a natural leader whose blend of strategic thinking, clear communication, and empathy is widely admired by clients and colleagues alike,” CEO Phil Harrison said.

A practicing architect, intrepid team leader, and strategic thinker and doer, Lindsey joined the firm in 2017 as part of our merger with Sink Combs Dethlefs, heading up the Sports, Entertainment, and Recreation practice in our Chicago studio. In 2021, she was elevated to Managing Director, and in 2022, she was appointed to our firmwide Board of Directors. She will continue to carry out the responsibilities of Managing Director and board member even as she takes on the role of President.

“I am honored to serve in this role for a firm I love and believe in wholeheartedly,” Lindsey said. “I’ve always had an aptitude for understanding our business from a holistic perspective, and the more I learn, the more I feel I can contribute to our firm’s success. I look forward to serving as a trusted partner to Phil Harrison and our entire executive leadership suite, and feel humbly grateful for this opportunity.”

For the last 21 years, Phil has served as President; he has also been the CEO and Chairman for the past 18 years. With Lindsey in the President role, she will now collaborate with Phil to lead and manage the firm’s diverse portfolio to achieve the firm’s strategic objectives.

“As our firm grows and changes, our leadership must grow and change, too,” Phil said. “Lindsey’s elevation to President—much like Susan Gushe’s appointment to Chief Operating Officer, Todd Gilles’ appointment to Chief Finance Officer, and Amber Hamilton’s promotion to Chief Talent Officer—will help position our firm for long-term success.”

Please join us in congratulating Lindsey!
