Every year, the BC Top Employers competition acknowledges employers who lead their industries by offering exceptional workplaces for their employees. This is based on several evaluation criteria—ranging from the Physical Workplace and Health, Financial & Family Benefits to Community Involvement. This past year, we have maintained our recognition through a 100% employer paid mental health resource—called Not Myself Today, our flexible fitness/transit reimbursement, by offering design services to our local community through multiple social purpose and pro bono initiatives, and many more!
