Perkins&Will Denver Welcomes Mark Creedon as Director of Operations

Part of the Denver studio leadership team, Creedon will play a key role in ensuring the practice’s long-term success.

Architect Mark Creedon has joined the Denver studio of Perkins&Will as director of operations. With a versatile skill set across multiple practice areas, Creedon has delivered projects to clients in sectors such as corporate and commercial, multi-family residential, higher education, and hospitality. His portfolio includes projects like the Burritt Library at Central Connecticut State University, the Liberty Bank Corporate headquarters in Middletown, Connecticut, and the New Sequoia Mixed-Use Development in Berkeley, California, reflecting successful collaborations with clients locally and nationwide.

Over the course of his 40-year career, Creedon has served in various roles, from designer and project manager to managing principal.

Creedon is responsible for ensuring project teams have access to the correct resources, enabling them to design and deliver projects that exceed client expectations. He is a key member of the Denver leadership team, working alongside managing director Ernest Joyner and design director Robin Ault, as well as the studio’s talent manager, to foster a culture of design excellence, innovation, and inclusivity.
