We’ve been named a finalist in Fast Company’s Design Company of the Year competition, which recognizes “high-quality, ambitious design work throughout an organization.” The competition is part of the magazine’s annual Innovation by Design Awards program, which honors people, teams, and companies solving problems through design.
We also earned two Honorable Mentions for design excellence in the Spaces, Places, and Cities and Workplace categories. Those honorably mentioned projects are the Albion District Library in Toronto and the design renewal of the Bank of Canada Head Office in Ottawa.
The Innovation by Design competition, now in its seventh year, is one of the most sought-after design awards in the industry. Fast Company editors and writers spend a year researching and reviewing applicants for the awards.
