Alei is a Talent Manager in our New York studio.

Alei’s innate passion for people, coupled with his early interest in languages and psychology, has shaped his career path toward empowering others to find meaning and purpose. After studying comparative linguistics at the University of Milan in Italy, he moved to Shanghai where he discovered his passion for human resources and talent management. He holds a master’s degree in organizational psychology from the City University of New York where he researched the effects of positive psychology in the workplace.

Alei is a licensed psychoanalyst in New York, New Jersey, and Vermont.

Alei completed his clinical training and psychoanalytic education at the Gestalt Center, the first NY State chartered non-profit institution to offer therapeutic service, founded in 1967 by Dr. Rosanes-Berrett to carry on and expand the teachings of her friend and mentor, Dr. Frederick Perls, the founder of Gestalt Therapy.

As part of his dedication to helping others, he provides psychotherapy and psychoanalytic treatment to under-represented communities and founded Therapy New York, a collective of clinicians focusing on men’s mental health.

Having lived in Italy, China, and the United States, Alei's multicultural background and expertise in psychology and languages provide him with a unique understanding of cultural nuances and individual needs.

Alei is a polyglot and speaks four languages fluently: English, Italian, Mandarin Chinese, and Hebrew. When not at work, you can find him traveling, learning new languages, and reading fantasy novels!
