An Academic Village in San Francisco's Civic Center

Anders is the Senior Project Manager for the UC Law SF Campus Housing project. Anchored by residential life for graduate students and faculty in a range of unit types, each tower of Campus Housing will feature distinct common spaces. Both the new and renovated towers will include academic classrooms, community engagement spaces, food and retail options, and the YMCA.

Anders and fellow Principal John Long at the UC Law groundbreaking.

Currently, Anders is focused on the possibilities for mass timber student housing and examining how campus housing in urban districts can address the housing shortage. He recently developed a comprehensive case study addressing decarbonization and modularity in mass timber graduate housing.
