David Pascu

AIA, LEED AP
Principal, Corporate and Commercial, Los Angeles

As a hands-on architect and studio leader, David is committed to listening deeply to clients and colleagues. He fosters dialogues that build consensus, and he finds fulfillment in working on projects from start to finish. “It’s one thing to design something beautiful, but it’s another to actually get it built,” he says. “That’s what drives me: seeing concepts take shape that we developed as a team.”

He specializes in institutional and residential buildings, creating spaces that are bright and open with a focus on natural materials. His work often features rigorous architectural detailing inspired by historical references or environmental conditions, and he enjoys using modern tools to model and understand daylight’s effects on a design. One of his favorite projects is the comprehensive remodel of Dolphin Marina Apartments, which refreshes a mid-century residential complex to improve sustainability and optimize amenity spaces.

David is a registered architect in New York and California with more than two decades of professional experience. Committed to being patient, inclusive, and generous with his time, he enjoys mentoring early-career architects and exchanging ideas with emerging designers.
