Kerri is our director of advisory services in Canada. She approaches strategy as a practice of discovery—carefully listening to each client’s vision and challenges to unlock the full potential of a project. For her, strategy is always about people, purpose, and potential, driving meaningful, positive impact for individuals, communities, and the planet.

Kerri’s career has taken her from New York to London to Amsterdam, where she worked with some of the world’s most progressive organizations. Whether focusing on workplace strategy or real estate advisory, she brings a thoughtful, research-backed perspective to every conversation.

"Being an active ‘boy-mom’ fills me with joy."

As managing principal and director of advisory services in Canada, Kerri brings an inclusive, innovative, and deeply strategic mindset to every project. She’s known for her ability to translate complex business needs into actionable design strategies that support culture, performance, and sustainability.

She sees her return to Ottawa not just as a homecoming, but as an opportunity to give back by helping organizations across Canada design spaces that are meaningful, regenerative, and future-ready.

Outside of work, Kerri finds joy in the little things like snow, Ontario peaches, and rainy weekends spent splashing in puddles with her son.
