Associate Principal, Workplace, Seattle

Molly brings a people-centered approach to every project she leads. Since joining Perkins&Will in 2010, she has designed award-winning interiors for healthcare, science and technology, and corporate clients. Her portfolio ranges from highly technical labs to dynamic workplaces and healing environments, all unified by her belief that design can improve lives. Whether guiding a research team through the demands of a fast-moving lab or helping an organization reimagine its headquarters, Molly digs deep and listens closely to understand each client’s story, aspirations, and challenges—creating spaces that inspire, support, uplift, and unite. A passionate advocate for healthy materials and circular design, she weaves sustainability into every decision, believing that beautiful spaces should also nurture the planet.

Raised in a mid-century Chicago home by two artist parents, Molly grew up experimenting with space—constantly rearranging furniture discovering how a fresh layout could spark a fresh perspective.  Her love for design was sparked early, fueled by weekend Trading Spaces marathons and late-night Sims sessions with her best friend. That same sense of curiosity and joy continues to guide her work today. When she’s not shaping interiors, Molly is happily spending time with her husband, two snuggly daughters, and an exceptionally fluffy cat.
