Neil Bartley

Associate Principal, New York

A Kentucky native, Neil is known for his warmth, curiosity, and collaborative spirit. He plays a pivotal role in shaping transformational design visions and partners closely with clients to bring ambitious workplace, amenity, and redevelopment projects to life.

Throughout his career, Neil has blended his passion for the human experience of space with a forward-looking approach to design. He has directed major workplace and amenities transformations for clients such as Google, TIDAL, and fubo, as well as the redevelopment of PENN 1 for Vornado. He has also led design teams in San Francisco, Silicon Valley, and New York City, creating spaces for Nike, North Face, and Yelp.

Neil is most energized by the people around him—the clients, collaborators, and colleagues who make the process feel like play. He thrives on exchanging ideas, sharing inspiration, and exploring new ways to create spaces that don’t just look beautiful but foster connection, creativity, and meaning.

For me, architecture isn’t about buildings. It’s about the lives lived within them. The spaces we create shape experiences, spark connections, and leave lasting memories.
