Rita Sanna

A passionate Italian by birth, Rita’s love for architecture is connected deeply to society and how people interact and live within the built environment.

“I have always been passionate about people and how people actually live and interact with the built environment. It’s not about one single iconic building, it’s about the complexity of the full picture: from the masterplan of our city, the path to access your office, the train station, the public spaces, the library, these are things that influence your life, they are part of your experience daily. As an architect, you influence all of this and create the environment you want to live in. I believe I have the privilege to do what I love every day.”

Rita’s passion for exploring different parts of the world led her to live in London, San Francisco, Singapore, and then to the Middle East to be close to her sister who lives in Dubai.
