Rosa Maria’s career as both a practicing architect and a client—on the developer side and on the owner/operator side—has afforded her unique opportunities to work across the U.S., Latin America, Europe, and Asia. She’s led projects for some of the most recognizable names in architecture, overseeing a wide variety of complex mixed-use, residential, retail, and institutional work. She’s also served in senior leadership roles at Four Seasons, one of the world’s most celebrated hospitality brands, and Related Companies, a prolific U.S. commercial developer.

As Managing Director of our Miami studio, Rosa Maria is focused on advancing a successful practice that reflects the ambitious, culturally rich, and forward-looking city it calls home. Her multilayered experiences guide how she leads today—with global insights, commercial fluency, and a steady, informed approach.
