Sarah Wicker

LEED Green Associate
Principal, Branded Environments, Dallas

Sarah wants to know what it’s like to be you. She believes that great design starts with understanding people, a belief backed up by her two-plus decades in brand strategy, trend forecasting, experience design, and applied research. This curiosity has driven a multi-faceted career—working with developers, municipalities, and major brands around the globe—and challenged her on a personal level to take life-long learning seriously. Culinary school at night in her twenties? Why not. Graduate school at forty? She made it work. Mahjong lessons, painting classes, surfing camp? Check, check, check.

Raised in Texas, Sarah began her career in the world of brand management in New York before forging a path in experience design. Back in her hometown, she is excited to better connect people to place, formally launching the Dallas studio’s branded environments practice.

“Branding is both an art and a science, using data and empathy to design places that elevate the human experience. Everything I’m interested in is rooted in better understanding why people do what they do.”
