Sid understands the importance of team leadership and has developed a passion for mentorship at all levels of design encouraging others to reach above and beyond personal limitations.
Using a similar philosophy, Sid gravitates towards challenging projects that push her clients’ creative boundaries.  Her greatest success stories come from highly collaborative processes with clients, where both are equally involved to produce the best solutions for the project.

Sid has held several leadership roles in the design industry.  Most recently past President of the Seattle AIA Chapter, and a member of the Washington State University Architecture Advisory Board.
