Principal, Operations Director, Minneapolis

Steph is a dynamic architect whose passion for design and community shines through in her work and personal life. Her journey into architecture was sparked by a high school guidance counselor who recognized her love for art and math, guiding her towards a path she never looked back from. She found herself drawn to the creative and analytical aspects of the field, as well as its human aspect, connecting with clients and community members to help achieve their goals.

Specializing in higher education as well as science and technology projects, Steph approaches her work with a balanced perspective, striving for efficiency while fostering innovation. Guided by a passion for helping clients realize their visions and creating innovative learning environments for students, Steph finds joy in seeing projects come to life with clarity of purpose and seamless functionality. For her, success lies in translating a project’s initial mission into a building that enriches the experience for all users.

"I feel so lucky to be in this profession. Working hand in hand with clients to craft spaces that not only reflect but propel their missions forward is one of my greatest passions."

Steph enjoys spending time with her family, particularly going on outdoor adventures like canoeing in the Boundary Waters or Quetico Provincial Park each summer.
