Ball Arena is evolving into a next-generation venue—one that fuses world-class design, technology-driven hospitality, and urban integration. Guided by an ambitious 2030 Master Plan, this multi-phase transformation redefines Denver’s premier sports and entertainment experience.
Key enhancements include an expanded Club Lexus, a fully reimagined PointsBet Lounge, and state-of-the-art locker room upgrades that set new benchmarks for athlete performance. The East Expansion & Training Facility introduces cutting-edge spaces for professional and community engagement, while revitalized concourses enhance accessibility and fan immersion.
Beyond its walls, Ball Arena’s redevelopment extends into Denver’s River Mile district, reinforcing its role as an essential urban anchor. These renovations not only modernize the venue—they establish a dynamic intersection of sport, culture, and civic life, ensuring Ball Arena remains a cornerstone of Denver’s entertainment landscape.
Following their 2022 victory, the Colorado Avalanche needed a new locker room. The previous one was aging and didn’t reflect the effort the Avalanche were showcasing on the ice. The locker room refresh boasts modern upgrades and state-of-the-art training, hydrotherapy, and sports medicine spaces. The locker room features a custom dimensional logo on the ceiling, expanded player lockers with built-in power, and special hockey-specific ventilation technology. Every upgrade was carefully designed to take the best care possible of the players and equipment.
Targeted for Nuggets’ fans, The Club Lexus brings guest an incomparable, private, and luxurious experience. The space filled the gap in Ball Arena’s premium offerings, providing all-inclusive packages with backstage access. The flexible space works for hockey, concerts, and even outside events. The club has its own outside entry with valet parking and coat check.

In 2022 we also renovated the Ball Arena team store. Upgrades to the lighting, layout, and front facade helped with ingress and increased capacity.
