Inspired by the energy of New York and the unique features of the office tower it occupies, this workplace invites Crowell’s employees and guests to work with purpose. The design features layered textures that are grounded in natural materials and softened by biophilic elements.
Implementing this law firm’s priorities for equity and access to views, communal spaces are positioned to maximize daylight and take in sweeping skyline scenes. Workstations, lounges, and conference rooms frame the perimeter and corners, while the café sits prominently with an open view of lower Manhattan.
A double-height entertaining space connects the multipurpose room to the reception, creating a voluminous event gallery that highlights the unobstructed city views.

Elevated hospitality features like a coffee bar and touchdown spaces foster a welcoming atmosphere for Crowell’s guests.

Throughout the space, classic and durable materials were selected to ensure the space stands the test of time.
The central conference room provides spatial flexibility through an operable wall that allows for a variety of engaging layouts.
