Envisioning a Campus

The campus is meant to have a collegiate feel, which was part of Illumina’s strategy to attract recent Ph.D’s. Outdoor space and a 40,000 square-foot amenity building add to the college-campus aesthetic, and encourage employees to connect with others and bring their work outside of their traditional office space.

Natural lighting is a major part of the Illumina campus.
