Lindsey is a big believer in the power of good people and good design to make the world a better place.  An inclusive team leader, strategic thinker and doer, Lindsey inspires teams to deliver excellence in all aspects of our work.  With many responsibilities on her plate, Lindsey prioritizes her personal connections with clients, colleagues, and students which has gained her a reputation for being a uniquely approachable and authentic executive.

“Lindsey is a natural leader whose blend of strategic thinking, clear communication, and empathy is widely admired by clients and colleagues alike,” says CEO Phil Harrison. In her role as President of the firm, Lindsey collaborates with our corporate executive team to achieve the firm’s strategic objectives. In addition to this role, Lindsey continues to manage the Chicago studio and serve on the firmwide Board of Directors.

A licensed architect in 5 U.S. states, Lindsey joined the firm in 2017 as part of our merger with Sink Combs Dethlefs, heading up the Sports, Entertainment, and Recreation practice in our Chicago studio. Lindsey lives in the Chicago area and is an active community member volunteering and serving on several boards. She keeps her mind and body active by traveling, immersing herself in poetry, having frequent impromptu dance parties and chasing her son, Mason, around amusement parks.

Driven by her passion for community health, well-being and equity, Lindsey served as Principal-in -Charge on Oak Park’s Net-Zero Community Recreation Center from feasibility study through project completion.
