Zayda González

Zayda is the Operations Manager of our Monterrey studio.

Zayda, originally from Monterrey, discovered her passion for creativity and design early on through art and history classes. As she honed her architectural skills, she also developed a talent for the administrative and organizational aspects that drive successful projects.

A dynamic and results-oriented professional, Zayda excels in leadership and communication, building strong, collaborative teams. With a solid foundation in operational management and agile methodologies, she thrives on enhancing customer experiences. Her personal vision centers on strategic decision-making through collaboration, striving for operational excellence while fostering meaningful relationships. Zayda believes in leading by example, nurturing her team’s growth, and always making time to contemplate, innovate, and stay curious.

Outside of work, Zayda cherishes time with her family, her greatest joy. She balances her professional life with a commitment to wellness, practicing Pilates regularly and embracing the outdoors through hiking because, in a beautiful city like Monterrey, it’s a must!
