Todd has over 25 years of experience leading complex projects and growing successful design practices across the Pacific Northwest. Known for his collaborative leadership and deep client relationships, he has shaped many of the region’s most transformative projects, from major civic and healthcare initiatives to aviation and workplace environments.  
 
As a leader, Todd brings clarity and composure to complex situations, striking a balance between design vision and practical execution. His relationships are built on mutual respect and shared success, leading to long-term partnerships that span multiple projects and decades.​

Outside of athletics, he enjoys spending time with his dog, Scout; his grown sons, Taylor and Braeden; and exploring new places with Caroline, while experiencing great design, art, and architecture wherever they go.

Todd is a trusted advisor and community leader, currently serving on the Board of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce and the Programs & Education Committee for the Design-Build Institute of America.  
 
As a lifelong athlete and coach, he brings the same discipline, focus, and team-oriented mindset to his leadership as he does to sport, believing that great design, like great performance, is achieved through purpose, preparation, and perseverance.
