Sarah is passionate about bringing together ecology, infrastructure, and community to transform complex challenges into places that enrich everyday life. With nearly two decades of experience, she specializes in waterfronts, parks, urban districts, and climate-responsive landscapes that strengthen connections between people and place.

Guided by a systems-thinking approach, Sarah leads multidisciplinary teams in shaping projects that are both visionary and grounded in technical excellence. A collaborative leader and skilled communicator, she believes landscape architecture has the power not only to help communities adapt to a changing climate, but to create regenerative environments that support long-term ecological and social well-being.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys swimming, gardening, making art with her daughter, and exploring the outdoors, experiences that continually deepen and inspire her relationship with the natural world.

As the captain and pitcher of the high school softball team, Sarah pitched a winning season with her non-dominant arm after tearing her rotator cuff on her pitching arm.
