Rachel Rose, firmwide director of communication, has been promoted to Associate Principal. Cara Lang, marketing director, and Aiko Tanabe, a senior designer in our Health practice, have both been promoted to Senior Associate. Alei Zanoni, talent manager; Mariana Giraldo, architect; Newlin Tillunger, digital content strategist; and Ryan Ahmadi, architect, have been promoted to Associate. Mark R. De Souza, Roger Landivar, and Kaitlin Knotts have each been promoted to Designer III; while Hugo Santibanez and Wenqi Zhang are now Project Architects.
