Megan Koehler has been promoted to Director of Operations for our San Francisco studio. Megan is a licensed architect with nearly 20 years of experience working on health and medical education projects, and she is currently overseeing the portfolio of one of our San Francisco studio’s largest clients. Megan has led projects both large and small, often simultaneously, and focuses on creating sustainable healing environments that encourage wellness for both patients and practitioners. She enjoys the challenges of projects and the unexpected issues and problem-solving that arise in renovation work.
A great mentor, Megan develops her teams alongside her projects and establishes strong relationships with her clients. Megan’s experience as both a project architect and a project manager gives her an in-depth understanding of the design, technical, and management components required to staff a wide range of architectural projects. As Director of Operations, Megan will have the opportunity to apply her passion for mentorship to the larger studio and align our staff’s interests with their projects.
