“I love a beautiful building, but what gets me up in the morning is knowing that the projects that I'm working on will have a major impact on someone's life.”
Outside the studio, Damon spends time on Maryland’s eastern shore, kayaking the Chesapeake Bay, biking nature trails, and exploring small coastal towns.
He also loves to travel, pictured here with his family on a recent trip to Ghana.
