Marvina Williams

Marvina is a registered nurse and healthcare clinical operations expert. Prior to joining our firm, she was the director of a large emergency department where she was responsible for preparing budgets, staffing, evaluating and selecting equipment, writing and implementing policies, and meeting regulatory requirements.

Marvina brings to the team her clinical expertise and operational insights. Her contributions consist of operational studies including workflow, workload calculations, patient care procedures, support services, and staffing efficiencies. She understands the changes and demands that healthcare providers are facing and seeks opportunities to streamline processes to improve client and staff satisfaction.

Marvina is passionate about patient care and the healthcare team. She also loves being a resource for department directors and nurses as they prepare for a transition into their new space.
