Associate Principal, Workplace, Boston

Robin’s journey to architecture began in a family of architects, where she was surrounded by design in all its permutations. An early career in fashion brought her from New York to Europe, where living in Milan and experiencing design as part of everyday life inspired her return to architecture.

As workplace practice leader of our Boston studio, Robin believes the workplace is where an organization’s culture becomes tangible. She sees it as a company’s business plan in three dimensions—a place where vision, brand, and purpose are translated into environments that inspire people and support long-term success. Her work blends design excellence with a deep understanding of how organizations evolve, creating collaborative workplaces that foster well-being and a shared sense of purpose.

Driven by curiosity, Robin draws inspiration from art, literature, culture, travel, and the natural landscape, bringing those influences into environments that feel authentic and deeply human.

Robin believes the best solutions emerge when more than one mind is searching for the answer.

Design Approach
“I have always been fascinated by the process of design and the opportunity to learn from every project and collaboration. The most meaningful spaces are those that help people feel connected to one another, to their organizations, and to the work they do.”
