Hästen 21, Stockholm, Sweden

Designed by Schmidt Hammer Lassen Architects
An Adaptable Design for the Future

Hästen 21 is a mixed-use building that will complete a series of initiatives to open up a busy block in Stockholm with more pathways, public spaces and accessibility.

Light, natural stone frames, a modern glazed façade, and the indentations of the volume ensure a relationship with adjacent buildings. The design is strong and flexible enough to adapt to the future vision of the city of Stockholm, as well as changes and new trends in the commercial market.

Hästen 21 is a symbolic central point in busy Stockholm that engages with its historic context while pointing towards the future.

Hästen 21 is a world-class mixed-use development in Stockholm with space to live, work, shop, and socialize.
